Located in Hermitage, Picture This Custom Framing & Gallery features the work of Phil Ponder and other local artists. Picture This has been awarded the Technology Integration Award and is a four time winner of Decor Magazine's Top 100 Art & Framing Retailers in the nation (2003, 2005, 2006 and 2007). Picture This is constantly seeking to improve our work with new technology to be able to offer our clients the best possible customer service.
