About the artist:

Diane Stockard, local artist. I graduated with a Political Science, International and Fine Arts Degree. I have a degree in Science and art as well. I have had several solo shows around middle Tennessee. I have art in San Diego, Auburn, Sacramento, Kentucky, Georgia and other states. I am composing an art gallery of blues, jazz and different singers. I have 4 to 5 shows coming up in the next two or three months. I am a director of a large children's organization. Art is something that I do for fun and my stress release. I have my own gallery in my house. I also teach art to children. My shows consist of: Walter Hill First Baptist (solo Show), All Souped Up (solo), Murfreesboro City Hall (solo), MTSU craft and art show, Boys & Girls Club black history month art show (solo), Bradley Academy Art Show - 3 years in a row, Sam Davis Home featured artist for Christmas - (art in Museum, 2007), Smyrna Depot Day featured artist 2007, First Bank in Smyrna (solo art show)2008, Plowhaus Art Show 2008, Hendersonville Playhouse featured artist, etc.
