TPAC - Andrew Johnson Theater

The Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) is one of the most unique facilities of its kind in the U.S. TPAC is home to three beautiful spaces with multiple, state-of-the art capabilities.

Andrew Johnson Theater is the most flexible performance space in the Tennessee Performing Arts Center, and with a maximum seating capacity of only 256, it is also the most intimate. Designed to encourage experimentation in theatre, music, and dance, it offers freedom in spatial arrangement for both audience and performers, including the popular "in-the-round" seating.
