    Co-owned and managed by Craig Clifft and Brian Uhl – Sunset Grill's longtime general manager and executive chef, respectively – Cabana's menu features Uhl's eclectic takes on Southern comfort food, using Tennessee-based ingredients whenever possible. Giving the restaurant its name are intimately recessed cabanas, which can seat as many as eight to 10 patrons and include their very own plasma-screen TVs.

    After 9 pm, Cabana now has developed into one of the city's top nightclubs. A magnificently fashioned back room features gigantic garage doors that can be lifted to create an open-air market feel. , The selections of wine, beer (both draft and bottled) and liquor are extensive and thoughtfully composed. Serving dinner nightly. Late-night Fri–Sat.
