Spin-Flex combines Spinning and weights in a great one hour combo class. The first 30 minutes will be on the bike for a traditional Spin. Southern Literary Festival master class with Tina Howe

On Saturday, March 31, from 9:00am-12:00pm, Pulitzer Prize-nominated playwright Tina Howe will host a master class as part of the Southern Literary Festival. This event is free and open to the public. Location TBA.
Howe, author of “Pride’s Crossing” and “Painting Churches,” will discuss six, 10-minute plays selected from works submitted by Lipscomb University students. Lipscomb actors will read the six plays, and Howe will give feedback on each.
