The process of building, molding, and fine tuning a three dimensional moment on a two dimensional surface is liberating to me, and most of all, allows me to see that moment from a completely different perspective. The beauty in art is that it can be shared as much as it can be self-explored. Creating art strictly for my own enjoyment would suffocate a gift, so commissioning work is fundamental in my role as an artist. The primary goal for my clients and audience is as simple as giving them something intrinsic and that provokes positive emotion.”
Kendall’s experience and capabilities aren’t limited to basic drawing and painting on paper and canvas. She has been commissioned for and won regional awards for her large scale, sidewalk chalk drawings and also has experience in wall murals and installations for corporations.
