Open since 1988 and one of Nashville’s first and definitely longest-running Cajun restaurants, Bro’s Cajun Cuisine continues to crank out satisfying and authentic fare from its friendly confines on Charlotte Pike. Be forewarned that Lafayette, La. native chef-owner Darrell Breaux — who has threatened to sell the place for years — runs a relaxed sort of establishment.
