Veteran Nashville chef John Stephenson (Fido, among many others) owns and operates West Nashville’s contemporary hot spot Hathorne, opened in December 2018 in a renovated space on Charlotte Pike. Vegetables excel here, as does the chicken schnitzel. Burger Night, which has been moved to Tuesdays, is always popular, as is the chicken schnitzel.
