Opened in November 2018, HoneyFire Barbecue Co. at One Bellevue Place features the smokehouse skills of Grand Champion pit master Shane Nasby, whose HoneyFire Kitchen remains a top catering company. Wings, chicken, brisket, sausage, pulled pork and ribs headline the smoked meats, with sides that include white queso mac and cheese, and Parmesan green beans. Try the candied bacon cookie for dessert.
