An ambitious addition to the burgeoning nightclub and bar scene on Lower Broadway, the multi-level Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar opened in mid-June 2018 to much fanfare. The country superstar’s spot features nearly 30,000 square feet, six bars, and seating for 250, with a Southern menu that includes steaks, pastas, salads, burgers, pot roast, and house-made peach cobbler from his mother’s recipe.
