Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Hotel opened in October 2019 and features two dining concepts: Fins Bar and JWB Grill. The latter, named after James William Buffett himself, features his signature cheeseburger on a wide-ranging menu. The rooftop Fins Bar has a beach bar vive and offers margaritas — natch — as well as boat drinks, brews and frozen concoctions as well as full food menu.
