Goodlettsville’s Lagniappe Bayou Kitchen, from owner-proprietors Story and Kevin Craig, brings the owners’ New Orleans, Texas and South Carolina roots to the kitchen. Cajun staples include seafood gumbo, crawfish etoufee, red beans and rice and jambalaya. Blackened catfish and grits, roast beef and debris gravy, fried seafood, po-boys and burgers are among other options.
