Debuting in late December 2017 in downtown’s newly opened circa-1930 Noelle boutique hotel, Makeready Libations and Liberation offers an “elevated tavern concept” of seasonal, locally sourced contemporary fare. Ex Little Octopus chef Daniel Hergot heads the kitchen. Craft cocktails and carefully sourced American beer and wine highlight the bar.
Full bar. Serving breakfast 7-11 am, lunch 11:30 am-4 pm and dinner 5-10 pm daily. Sat-Sun brunch 10 am-3 pm.
