After years in and out of prisons and drug addiction, Freddie Waller turned his life around and opened Ooh Wee Bar-B-Q trailer on historic Jefferson Street in North Nashville. Specialties of the house are expertly smoked pork ribs, available by the sandwich or half-slab, with rib tips, brisket sandwiches, chicken and wings among the other offerings.
