Founded by Baton Rouge, La. native Mike Elder, The Original Nooley’s remains a popular stop in the Nashville Farmers’ Market food court for its from-scratch Cajun favorites such as fried shrimp po-boys, muffaletta sandwiches, gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, and and red beans and rice.
