Debuting in March 2019 in the short-lived Mop/Broom Mess Hall and before that the equally short-lived Kuchnia + Keller space in Germantown, Saint Stephen features the “Brooklyn-style” cooking of former James Beard-winning chef RJ Cooper, late of Midtown’s Henley. Entrees have included monkfish, ribeye steak, catfish in sour beer batter, and a chicken schnitzel sandwich.
Full bar. Serving dinner 4-7 pm Wed-Sun. Closed Mon-Tue. Counter multi-course tasting menu available Thu-Sat by reservation.
