Shokku Ramen
Shokku Ramen, an offshoot of a Las Vegas spot, opened in late May 2021 in the former home of The Donut + Dog in Hillsboro Village. Expect both traditional and unconventional Japanese ramen bowls, fried rices, dumplings, made-from-scratch broths, and 24-hour marinated Japanese pork belly, all at varying degrees of heat.
