Founded in 2015 and with taprooms in East Nashville and The Nations, Southern Grist Brewing Co. is one of the rising stars of the local craft beer revolution. The Nations taproom features thin-crust pizza from 312 Pizza Company, while the East Nashville location hosts the restaurant Lauter, which features dry-aged beef burgers, slow-cooked spareribs, baked chicken, an Asian bowl, and two kinds of ramen. Various sides, snacks and desserts round out the menu.
