Cortney LaCorte, founder and owner, of Cheese Gal announced on Friday that she will open her first permanent location in the Fairlane Hotel. Cheese Gal’s store will front 4th Avenue along Nashville’s emerging “Boutique Row” and offer curbside pick-up, dine-in and grab ‘n go this Fall.
For Cortney, making delicious food look beautiful is an art form that has long been her love language. Cheese Gal’s beautifully crafted boards reflect a commitment to fresh and ethically sourced goodness, in every detail. Cheese Gal was born out of a small Nashville kitchen in early 2019, though it was truly many years in the making. Cortney has had a passion for entertaining and making cheese boards since the age of 15. With over 60,000 followers on instagram and a long list of celebrity clientele, Cortney’s popularity and achievements speak for themselves.

Located in Nashville’s Business and Arts District, the Fairlane Hotel is a former bank building reinvented with a retro modern twist holding as Nashville’s #1 Hotel on TripAdvisor since its opening in 2018. The Fairlane is home to Ellington’s Restaurant and part of Oliver Hospitality’s growing collection of lifestyle boutique hotels which include: The Oliver Hotel, Knoxville, TN, Hotel Clermont, Atlanta, GA and Station House Inn, South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Cheese Gal boards will be also available for order throughout the Fairlane including Ellington’s Restaurant, room service and private events such as rooftop penthouse parties.
