18th Century Ornaments

Craft a traditional holiday decoration for your home or to gift!

Join staff at Bledsoe Creek State park as we discuss what Christmas might have looked like in the 18th century. One common gift during the holidays was a pomander, a wonderfully fragrant orange or apple with cloves. Participants will have the chance to make their very own pomander to take home and enjoy this holiday season. Guests will need to have access to a mask and social distancing will be encouraged.
