ACCESSIBILITY INFO
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Please note: We are committed to ensuring COVID best practices are adhered to throughout our event. To this end, we will: Require all staff and volunteers to wear masks throughout the event, unless eating/drinking and/or safely spaced from anyone outside of their pod. Require all guests to wear masks unless they are seated and/or safely distanced from anyone outside of their pod. Provide an outdoor seating option (heaters provided, as weather dictates). Our event location was chosen for its four large garage doors, which will be opened and allow for a constant flow of fresh air for all guests. Gather in a private space with a private bar and private restrooms. Guests won't need to leave The Reserve for anything. Ensure seating (in groups of 2 and 4) is safely spaced. If your group requires seating for more than 4, please email laura@gildasclubmiddletn.org. Offer an option for "grab and go" beverages and appetizers, to limit the need for interaction with others. Please let us know on your ticket order form if you'd like us to have a pre-made bag ready for you at check-in. Make hand sanitizer available in multiple locations. We'll also have extra masks on hand. In addition, the team at Fat Bottom Brewery will sanitize our event space prior to opening. The Fat Bottom team has been doing events for the past several months and is well-versed in their COVID-prevention protocols.
