Aesop Bops!

TPAC Season for Young People

A zoo full of animals in Aesop’s classic fables comes alive as master storyteller David Gonzales shares his favorites in a new recording for virtual school presentations. Pianist Daniel Kelly provides a musical partnership that accents the stories with underscoring, sound effects, and some new songs about the lessons the tales teach. Featuring three famous titles: The Lion and the Mouse, The Fisherman and His Wife, and The Turtle’s Shell, this fun-filled show encourages children to participate in the story with movement, singing, and above all, imagination, as they learn about friendship, sharing, and being thankful.
