Alan Bennett and Friends

Alan Bennett is an American musician, singer, songwriter, performer, record producer, music publisher and educator from Stony Brook, Long Island, New York.

As a studio and touring musician, Bennett has worked with a long list of artists including Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and Grammy Award-winner, Leon Russell, having sung background harmony vocals on his 2007 record release, “Angel In Disguise.”

As a singer/songwriter, Alan has appeared on radio and television stations and at premier music venues across the U.S., released four independent records, and has been a regular performer at New York’s The Bitter End, CBGB’s, Wetlands Preserve, The Living Room and Mercury Lounge and Nashville’s The Basement, The Bluebird Cafe, Mercy Lounge, 12th & Porter and The Listening Room.
