Start your morning in Dogwood Park! Participants will learn a simple breathing technique that increases energy, reduces stress, and improves circulation. Learn how to move your body to get the blood flowing, muscles moving, and increase the joy factor with 25 minutes of simple motion exercises. Instructors Evelyn Soto and Lynda Wallace are both holistic health coaches. Evelyn is a registered nurse with more than 30 years experience in nursing and 20 years of experience researching and applying alternative medicine. Lynda is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Youth and adults age two and older are welcome to participate, with those under the age of 16 accompanied by an adult. No preregistration required.
