Join The Battle for Franklin Trust for a comprehensive walking tour of Carnton. The tour focuses on some elements of the Battle of Franklin, how Carnton was used as a field hospital, the history of the McGavock family and Confederate Cemetery, as well as the history of slavery at Carnton, in Tennessee, and across America.

Arrive at Carnton at least 15 minutes prior to tour time. The Extended Tour lasts approximately 90 minutes. About 45 minutes will be inside and 45 minutes will be outdoors. This tour is not recommended for children under the age of ten or those with limited mobility.
