Carol Service and Feast of Lights

The story of the Birth of Jesus is told through word and song.  The Holy scriptures guide congregants through the story of the birth of our savior, including the Old Testament lessons of the first sin, prophecies of his coming and the fulfillment in  the New Testament Gospels.  In response to these lessons, the singing and handbell choirs of Belmont United Methodist along with a 15 piece orchestra will offer classic and contemporary carol arrangements while the service is seamed together with the congregation joining in singing favorite carols of the season.  Admission is free, the public is invited and childcare is available for preschool age.
