Celebrate Mardi Gras w/ The Gumbo Bros

The Gumbo Bros team is leaning into their New Orleans roots once again this year and will be celebrating Mardi Gras the right way — the Gulch restaurant will honor the NOLA custom to transform into a restaurant parade float for the season of celebration. The festivities have started with King Cake orders fulfilled by Fat Belly Pretzel, and don’t stop with a handful of other events scheduled including:

Mardi Gras Theme DJ Nights (2/17 & 2/18 with special hours 11AM-11PM)

The Sunday Jazz Brunch (2/19) specialty menu will feature shrimp & grits, hot honey chicken biscuits, bananas foster French toast, breakfast po’ boy (gator sausage, shrimp, fried green tomatoes), and crawfish étouffée. The first 10 tables will get a free order of beignets! 
Special hours for 2/19 are 10AM – 9PM

Fat Tuesday (2/21) will feature a special, limited menu available to guests along with a number of  Mardi Gras inspired beverage specials.
Special Hours: 11AM  – 1PM
