Planning and preparing meals in advance allows you to save money and spend less time in the kitchen. You will be amazed at what you can freeze now and serve later. Topics include menu planning, grocery shopping, freezing hamburger and chicken meat prep, packaging meals and proper storage. Students are required to purchase $10.00 Cook Once Manual from instructor the day of class. Manual includes cook once helps, printouts to take home and recipes to make meal prep a breeze. No actual cooking done in class.
