Creative Zone: Brilliant Belt Buckles
Please note, this event has expired.
A belt and a belt buckle do more than hold up a pair of britches. They also show off one’s style and personality. Country stars like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Jason Aldean, and Alan Jackson have proudly displayed their belt buckles, on and off stage. With inspiration from the belt buckles on view in the museum, aspiring designers can create their own paper belt buckles. All ages. Taylor Swift Education Center. Young designers will personalize paper instrument designs inspired by those on display in the galleries. Unique pieces on view include Buck Owens’s custom-made red, white, and blue sparkle Fender Telecaster, Joe Maphis’s double-neck Mosrite electric guitar, and Taylor Swift’s Swarovski crystal-encrusted Taylor acoustic, to name a few. All ages.
Admission is included with Museum ticket* or Museum membership.
