Cups of Co-Opportunity
The Clay Lady’s Campus is preparing for their 10th annual Cups of Co-opportunity fundraiser, benefiting Borderless Arts Tennessee.
The Clay Lady’s Campus Artists spend several months making and firing over 300 cups that will be donated for this event. For a contribution of only $25, you will be able to pick from a diverse selection of cups and enjoy a hot beverage. You can sip your coffee or hot cocoa while visiting artists in their studios, play a board game, and enjoy entertainment from Borderless Arts. At 9am artists will unload the gas kiln with new mugs available. There will be cups and mugs of every shape and size.
The money raised during Cups of Co-opportunity goes directly to Borderless Arts, a non-profit organization supporting art opportunities for artists with disabilities. Cups of Co-opportunity is their largest one-day fundraiser. The funds will be used to support an upcoming trip to the United Nations in New York City.
During this event, Borderless Arts artists will be performing music and will have their artwork on display. Join them to support a good cause and be a part of an international community of artists, one cup at a time!
There will be a rotating exhibit where you can talk to the Borderless Arts artists and purchase special items. The schedule is as follows: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Morgan Vice; 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Erica McMurray and Torie Summers; 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Lizzie Markham; 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Maggie Perry; 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Hope McKee; 10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Austin King and Collin Ransom; 11:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Thomais Moshopoulos.
