Dogwood Easter Egg Hunt

It's Saturday at Cookeville's Dogwood Park. The hunt begins at 11:30am and is free.

Photos with the Easter Bunny begin at 10:30am Saturday morning and will continue after the hunt as well.

Four separate areas will greet kids from all across the Upper Cumberland. Parents can assist hunters 18 months and younger in their special area. Kids 19 months to three years will be on their own in another area.

The older hunters from ages four to seven and eight to ten will have their own hunting grounds packed full of eggs, candy, and unique treasures.

The Easter Bunny will be on hand to meet your kids. Photos, done by Erica Johnson and Creative Focus Photography, will begin at 10:30am Saturday. Photos with the Easter Bunny will continue after the hunt as well.

Dress your kids in their Easter best. Photos are $5, 2 for $8, 3 for $12 and will be available immediately. All the money from photos goes to CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates of the Upper Cumberland.

Cookeville Leisure Services will have games after the hunt and the Dogwood Park Concession Stand will be open to serve food for that after-hunt hunger
