East Side Bánh Mì will be popping up at Chopper Tiki on this Saturday! Customers can pre-order from the menu on their website and curbside pickup will be available onsite.
The artisanal, locally-sourced Vietnamese-style bánh mì sandwich shop and restaurant – slated to open in East Nashville in August – will serve a menu of classics such as The No. 1 (ham hock terrine, pate, and smoked bologna by Gifford’s Smoked Meats), Impossible (“Xiu Mai” impossible meatballs, roasted & smashed), Rice Noodle Bowl (chilled rice noodles, farm greens, pickles, herbs, fried shallots, roasted peanuts, spicy fish sauce, choice of protein), Tofu & Green Papaya Summer Roll (mint, sweet chili garlic sauce), Toasted Peanut Rice Milk, and more.
