The World Food Championships (WFC) proudly presents EAT Nashville, a culinary experience designed to train your mind and taste buds for judging in the competitive world of Food Sport.
This is YOUR chance to learn (and taste) how food dishes are judged at the world’s Ultimate Food Fight. WFC’s President and CEO, Mike McCloud, will walk you through the proprietary E.A.T. Methodology that is used to score the international competition. You’ll leave the interactive food course with a satisfied palate and with an official GOLD card status as a certified Food Champ Judge!
This kitchen classroom experience is hosted by The Art Institute of Nashville, in partnership with Native In Nashville and Pickers Vodka.
Space is limited for this event. Come early at 11am to take part in an all-inclusive tour of the Nashville Art Institute! Not only will you explore the institute’s culinary facility, but you’ll also get a taste of Food Sport by enjoying custom culinary creations and lively libations. PLUS — you will have the opportunity to mingle with two-time World Chili Champion Liz Kraatz and winner of Gordon Ramsey’s The F Word, Darci Bos!
The World Food Championships is the largest competition in Food Sport, where grand champions of previous events convene for a chance at winning the ultimate food crown and a share of hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money. The World Food Championships is also the springboard for many up and coming culinary stars and home cooks as they seek TV fame through many well-known food shows and acting opportunities.
