F45 Training will officially open its first Nashville location in Midtown. Located at 2317 Elliston Place, the international fitness brand will celebrate with a Grand Opening event that is free and open to the community.
The morning will kick-off with a free class at 9 a.m. followed by remarks and a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:15 a.m. with the Nashville Chamber. Another free class will be offered at 10:45am. Throughout the morning, guests will receive VIP discounts from local health and wellness partners like Juice Bar and Taziki’s.
Both the 9am and 10:45am classes will be F45’s signature “Hollywood” circuit, which is a 45-minute class featuring a Live DJ that combines cardio and resistance throughout 27 different stations.
