(Virtual) Fall Tennessee Craft Fair

Tennessee Craft announces their inaugural virtual fair, October 9-31, 2020!

Tennessee Craft Fair

Fair Director Kim Waag says, “We have combined our 2020 spring and fall fairs to bring together artists from across the Southeast and around the country. You will be able to browse and shop unique, finely crafted artwork directly from these juried, award-winning artists in their virtual booths, artists that you would have visited at the 2020 in person craft fairs. And you can do it all from the comfort of your home!” Visit beginning October 9 to participate in this new craft fair experience.

In addition to the array of high-quality craft, you can enjoy fun hands-on activities in their virtual Kids’ Tent, thanks to the generosity of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and Publix Super Markets Charities. Tennessee Craft offers an innovative way for families to have fun at home creating art! Visit for video interviews with 10 Tennessee artists, as well as craft activity demonstrations and a link to order your own craft kit to do these activities at home! See what’s in the craft kit HERE.

You can also visit the virtual Demonstration Tent at to watch Tennessee artists showcase a variety of techniques, including woodturning, blacksmithing, lampwork with glass, and raku firing at night!

A popular feature of the in-person fairs is always the puppet show by the Nashville Public Library’s Puppet Truck. This year, Tennessee Craft is excited to present Lorraine: The Girl Who Sang the Storm Away, an original puppet show based on the children’s book written by Ketch Secor, founder and lead singer of Old Crow Medicine Show, and illustrated by Nashville artist Higgins Bond. The puppet show, narrated by Ketch, will air Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11 at 11am and 1pm each day on, and will be followed immediately by an interview with Higgins. Ketch also serves as the Honorary Chair of Tennessee Craft Week, a collection of craft events across the state, of which the virtual craft fair is a part. Visit for more information.
