The fifth Fiber in the Boro festival will be held on October 24th at the UT-TSU Rutherford County Extension Lane Agri-Park Complex in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
Knitters, spinners, and other fans of the textile arts will gather from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday the 24th. Families will also find something to enjoy –alpacas, bunnies, sheep and more! Festival admission is free. Classes are available for a fee and those interested can register online.
More than 50 vendors will sell yarn, fiber, finished textiles, fiber equipment, handmade soap and other delights. A food truck and a coffee truck will be on site. Vendors will also have demonstrations and there will be a sheep shearing. A complete list of vendors can be found on the website.
