Gloom Girl MFG is a punk, indie rock band out of Nashville, TN. Carrying a garage rock vibe punched with gritty, soulful vocals, Gloom Girl MFG conjures up acts like Arctic Monkeys, Hole, and Sleater-Kinney with more than a slight grunge influence. Fused by stripped-down licks and heavy grooves, Gloom Girl MFG is best distinguished by the band’s infectious live performance, chemistry, and evocative lyricism.

Formed in January of 2022, Gloom Girl MFG is made up of Paige MacKinnon (lead singer/lead guitar), Stephen Sobolewski (bass), Ethan Waggoner (rhythm guitar), and Connor McCourt (drums).

The band came together in pursuit of a guiding mission: to provide a new generation of live music goers empowerment and celebration on the heels of universal gloom.

Gloom Girl MFG has been actively gigging in and around Nashville with their debut singles, “Boujie Girl” released September 2nd and “Part-Time Ghost” released October 28th. Debut EP release scheduled for March 24th, 2023.

Fans and critics hail Gloom Girl MFG as one of Nashville’s most promising up-and-coming bands.
