A Nashville implant, hailing from the heart of Jazz Country (Kansas City), Cohen finds it easy to pour her soul into her music.  Since moving to Nashville in 2001, she has written over a hundred original songs with some of Nashville’s best songwriters.

Cohen’s music has been described as a touch of jazz mixed with rock.  With influences ranging from Billie Holiday, Whitney Houston, Johnny Cash and Stevie Nick… it’s no wonder that Cohen’s music has something for everyone.

Cohen’s latest project, titled Two Suitcases One Guitar features some of Nashville’s finest, including Kenny Olson, best known for his Kid Rock Riffs, and Michael “Sweet P” Puwal, who has received multiple grammy nominations to date and is best known for his work with Insane Clown Posse.  The EP is full of unstoppable bass lines mixed with edgy guitar riffs and soulful harmonies.
