This is a fun and delicious walking food tour starting at the Farmers Market, walking through the Bicentennial Park, and then crossing over to historic Germantown.
The tour starts at the Nashville Farmers’ Market with barbecue and grits, you will then walk through Bicentennial Capitol Mall Park which is an extension of the TN State Capitol, learning a little history as you go. Next, you’ll walk through historic Germantown which is the first Nashville neighborhood. You will eat at four other popular restaurants and specialty shops for some yummy Nashville favorites like cupcakes from the Cupcake Collection and amazing brisket from Butchertown Hall. The total time is 2.5-3 hours and the walk is less than 2 miles.
