Aiming to “always deliver a song in a soulful and truthful way,” songwriter Scott Stepakoff has built a reputation as an outstanding lyricist since moving to Nashville in 2004. Since arriving in Music City, Stepakoff has landed cuts with top artists such as Tim McGraw, Kelsea Ballerini, Jake Owen, Brandy Clark, Kip Moore, Craig Morgan, Dylan Scott and Walker Hayes, among others. Prior to moving to Nashville, Stepakoff lived in Los Angeles and served as lead singer and guitar player of the popular rock band, Turtle Grove. Although he spends most of his time writing with, and for other artists, Stepakoff has released several of his own projects showcasing his abilities as a vocalist in addition to a songwriter.
