The breastfeeding cafe is drop-in style and open conversation, so please feel free to bring up any breastfeeding related questions or ideas you have with the Group. A light snack, water and juice will be provided, and feel free to bring a snack to share.

-Your children are always welcome to attend with you.
-Bring a friend- this includes your partner, grandmothers, pregnant friends or other nursing women you may know.
-Even if you have weaned your child, you are welcome to join us!
-Please leave any natural rubber (latex) toys or products at home or in your vehicle. (example: Sophie the Giraffe/Vulli, Rubbabu, etc)
-With the prevalence of food allergies, please do bring a recipe or ingredient list attached to any shared snacks.
