Tristan Smith started playing bass at an early age after his uncle introduced him to music and the rock genre. He did not truly fall in love with music though until he was introduced to the drums at the age of 12. Tristan spent the next several years playing in various bands, always striving to better his sound and learn as much from those around him as possible. At 15, Tristan picked up the guitar and began writing songs with friends. Working with other musicians has always been a great passion of Tristan’s, and towards the end of his high school career, as the band’s drummer, Hot Sauce Handouts recorded their first EP Revolutions.

A lot of time has passed since high school though, and Tristan is now pursuing new horizons. Currently, Tristan focuses on writing new songs and playing with Singer/Songwriter sensation Bailey Callahan. When these two take to the stage it’s electric, and you can’t help but get caught up in the moment. From night life hot spots to city festivals, Tristan is always excited to entertain and interact with those who have a passion for music.
