Meet the Distiller

Note: Distillery tours are not being offered at this time, due to COVID-19. Because of this, this experience unfortunately will not include a tour.

Join Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. Distiller & GM Nicole Austin for a guided tasting and Q&A session. This month’s “Meet the Distiller” experience will focus on Bottled in Bond and will feature a side-by-side tasting of our Fall 2005 and Fall 2008 Bottled in Bond whiskies.

This experience also includes:

• A complimentary George Dickel cocktail, upon arrival
• An overview of George Dickel’s history and our distillation process
• A tasting of our core lineup of products (George Dickel No. 1, George Dickel No. 12, George Dickel Barrel Select and George Dickel Single Barrel)
• Q&A session with Nicole Austin
• One bottle of George Dickel No. 12, signed by Nicole
