Originally from Sugar Hill, GA and now living in Nashville, Meg is a versatile musician with a passion for truthful storytelling and compelling melodies. She fell in love with making music at the age of 5, picking up the violin and honing the classical side of that craft for 15 years. Despite a remaining passion for that music, a guitar under the Christmas tree one year changed everything. In 2014, she moved to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt and study business. After interning on historic Music Row at publishing houses and record labels for two years between college classes, Meg discovered that her love for songwriting could actually be a viable career. She jumped into the Nashville music scene wholeheartedly in pursuit of this dream and has garnered fast attention from peers and industry players. Meg enjoys performing around Music City with her favorite co-writers at The Listening Room, Revival615, the Bluebird Cafe, and many other venues geared towards the songwriting craft.
