Jazz Jam every Saturday in the Parish Hall at Christ Lutheran Church in south Nashville, 299 Haywood Lane, Nashville, TN 37211. Bring charts or songs from the Real Book. Keys, bass and drums are provided, all other instruments or singers sit in.
Celebrating four years now in Music City, The Nashville Jazz Jam is a place to practice those musical calisthenics from classic songs contained the Real Books. Bring your instrument or your voice, and charts if you need them. The band will play any standard in the Real Book in any key requested. Refreshments are provided, and this is a family friendly event. Admission is always FREE, and Donations are graciously accepted. ALL ARE WELCOME.
