NPT’s Big Yellow Bird Bash is a stylish night of dancing and fun to support Nashville Public Television’s educational, cultural and civic programming.
Nashville Public Television hosts its sixth annual Big Yellow Bird Bash. The event takes place at Houston Station and is for fans and supporters of Nashville Public Television, especially those who grew up watching programs like “Sesame Street” and who care about the next generation of public television viewers. Proceeds support NPT’s educational, cultural and civic programming.
Big Yellow Bird Bash attendees are encouraged to dress in yellow attire – from formal to spirited ‒ for an evening of dancing; light bites and cocktails; and a silent auction. Guests may also pose for photographs on NowPlayingNashville.com’s Yellow Carpet upon arrival. Silent auction items include dining gift certificates, Predators tickets and an autographed jersey; Tennessee Crossroads-related prizes; a Nashville Zoo behind-the-scenes tour; and a life-size cutout of Ross Poldark from the popular Masterpiece series.
