Paper Nightlight Workshop with Megan Little

At this workshop you will design and create your very own super-cute paper nightlight!

At this workshop you will design and create your very own super-cute paper nightlight! Your nightlight would make a perfect unique Christmas gift for a loved one (if you can bear to part with it, that is!).

All materials will be provided, including a quality nightlight base and an LED bulb (which doesn’t get hot).

This class is good for makers of any skill level, and all are welcome to participate: this workshop is for adults and yong people ages 12-17 are welcome with a parent present.

Instructor Bio:
Megan Little is a Platetone printmaker and bookmaker. She loves to play at inventor – concocting crazy paper light sculptures and sweet nightlights. Megan has her BA in visual art from Houghton College in NY state and has called three countries home. This affordable friday night workshop is only $35 - all matterials included, even your own nightlight and LED bulb.  Platetone and MAKE Nashville members get a discounted rate of $30.

PARKING INFO

Platetone is located at 947 Woodland St. in a building shared with two other non-profits: Turnip Green Creative Reuse and Make Nashville. When you arrive after business hours, you can park across the street at the Park Center.  ​Enter through the door in the blue and white and red area and proceed to the back of the building via the kitchen. If you are coming for a private appointment, please call your contact.
