Portland Fall Festival
Portland Fall Festival in downtown Portland, TN on October 17th! Fun begins at 10am.
The Portland Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 in Portland, TN. Bring your entire family for a great day of Fall fun!
*From 10am-3pm there will be a free hayride. Pick up location will be at the intersection of Main Street and N. Russell Street. Also visit with the Portland Fire Department & see one of their trucks while you wait. Children are required to ride with an adult.
*From 10am-4pm, The Fruit Carver, Carl Franklin Jones, will be set up showcasing his fruit carving skills. During that timeframe, Farmers will be set up selling product including Wadefarmz and Family Traditions Farm and there will be a Kid Zone with activities such as a Pumpkin Patch, Pumpkin Painting presented by Portland Rotary Club, face painting and farm animals.
*From 10am-7pm there will be a Tailgate Zone sponsored by Exit Realty Garden Gate Team & Joanie Neal – Acopia Home Loans showing SEC Football games.
*Also from 10am-7pm, there will be food and craft vendors, Fall Festival t-shirts available for purchase ($15), Photo ops with the new murals in the downtown Portland area and the Pumpkin Tower sponsored by Old Hickory Credit Union and actually made by local students at TCAT Portland. There will also be free live music on the TriStar Portland stage on Market Street
*There will be Magic Shows on the Kid Zone stage at 12pm and 2pm and a Classic Car Cruise In that begins on Main Street at 2pm.
*From 4:30-7pm join us for the free concert featuring Rockland Road followed by fireworks at 7pm! Bring a chair or rent one for $2 (limited quantity available).
Parking will be available in the city lot off E. McGlothlin Street, First Baptist Church parking lot and other downtown Portland parking areas.
Road closures will begin by 6am Saturday morning and include Market Street, the gazebo parking lot off Market Street, N. Russell Street and Main Street.
Local businesses in the area where roads are shut down will still be open for business including Milo Café, El Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Southern Barber, Blooms on Main and Strawberry Station. Parking to patronize those businesses will be available in the city parking lot of E. McGlothin Street.
