Songwriter Session: Sarah Buxton

The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum holds weekly Songwriter Sessions streamed on the museum’s YouTube channel. Viewers hear from the talents behind country music’s biggest hits.

Sarah Buxton wrote “Fix” (Chris Lane), “Never Alone” (Jim Brickman featuring Lady A), “Put You in a Song” and “Stupid Boy” (Keith Urban), “Sun Daze” (Florida Georgia Line) and songs recorded by Gary Allan, Big & Rich, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire and Trisha Yearwood. Buxton released “Outside My Window” in 2010, which reached the Top Twenty-five. This year she released her first album in ten years, Signs of Life, which includes the single “Some Things Don’t Change.” Presented by SunTrust.
