TenX9 Nashville Storytelling | Starting

Tenx9 Nashville is a Belfast-originated monthly community storytelling night where nine people have up to ten minutes each to tell a real story from their lives. This is not a creative fiction seminar. It is an opportunity for people to engage each other’s lives through personal tales of life experiences.

Each month has a different theme. This month’s theme is STARTING. It’s important that the stories are real stories. It’s less a performance, more of a sharing. There is no agenda. It’s just stories. An Irish proverb says, “It is in the shelter of each other that the people live.” This is an attempt to embrace the shelter of each other through the telling and hearing of our stories.

So, ten minutes each for nine people to tell a true story. Once a month. You do not have to tell a story to attend. Just come and listen. Or come and share. Either way, come and enjoy.
